How to Register
Existing IPPB savings account holders can register for net banking by visiting the official IPPB internet banking portal and clicking on "New User Registration". You will need your account number, registered mobile number, and Aadhaar number to complete the registration process. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest post office for assistance with registration.
Security
IPPB net banking employs multiple layers of security including two-factor authentication (2FA), secure socket layer (SSL) encryption, and OTP-based transaction verification. Customers are advised to keep their login credentials confidential and never share their passwords or OTPs with anyone.
Service Charges
Basic net banking services including balance inquiry, statement download, and intra-bank transfers are free of charge. Nominal charges apply for NEFT/RTGS transactions as per the applicable fee schedule.
